2
whole eggs
1 1/2
sliced pieces of lunch ham
1
slice/shredded cheese
1
pinch garlic salt
1
pinch oregano
1/4
cup milk
1/4
teaspoon butter
  1. Turn your stove on about medium heat, and add your butter to melt it before you add your egg mixture. While you are letting the butter melt, beat eggs and milk in a cup or bowl until well blended, Pour your egg mixture into frying pan and then add your oregano and garlic salt. Next add your pulled apart ham, and cheese, or shredded cheese on top of your eggs. After eggs are cooked enough where they are not runny, carefully fold your eggs over to the other side of the pan. Your eggs should be covering up your cheese and ham at this point. When the omelette is finished cooking, carefully use your spatula to take it out of frying pan. Garnish on top with some extra cheese if you want to add it, then you are ready to eat your Ham-n-Cheese Omelette.
