Wonderful Idea! My husband and I absolutely LOVED it! A great recipe for breakfast, brunch and those wild 'breakfast dinners'! I will definatly be doing this easy and quick recipe again - I even got it right on the first try!!! ~laughs~ A perfect meal to get rid of all that extra holiday ham!

My son and I made this for the family today. WOW, all comments were outstanding. Will do again. We experienced the same problems as "lemonyemilyo". Shape the biscuits by hand and coat your hands with a little flour to prevent sticking. After flattening the biscuits, we pressed down on the center and edges with a spoon to help make a deeper indentation. We spilled some because we "pilled high" but all in all the flavor very good. Next time I will cover the cookie sheets with foil to help in cleanup. I forgot to add the fire roasted chilies but I do not think it would make a difference. We also just used regular cheddar cheese.

I used "flaky" biscuits, which ended up looking the same as the picture in the end. They were hard to form a good edge to keep the egg in, especially when the biscuits fluffed up while baking. The eggs ended up running out of a couple of them, but they were still good. My daughter doesn't like scrambled eggs, but she liked this! It wasn't the most fantastic thing I've ever eaten, but it was at least as good as it sounds.
