This recipe is good but only takes one pie crust. The directions say to set box of crusts out (there are two in a box) but the ingredients listed only make one quiche. Need to clarify that in the directions.

This is a good basic quiche recipe. Any combination of meats or veggies work well.

I made this for dinner tonight. I didn't have green onions so substituted chives from my garden. I also used Krusteaz brand pie crust mix. Very easy! I will make this again.
