Leftover ham? Try a hearty bean and cornbread bake that's ready in about 30 minutes.

This was very good! But who doesn't like ham, beans, onions, bbq sauce, cornbread and cheese. Next time I'll bake the cornbread separate though. I find that when recipes call for cornbread or biscuits to be baked on top of something it doesn't bake as well.

Wonderful!! For easier preparation, I used a large oven-safe skillet to heat the ham, sauce and beans. Then, I prepared the muffin mix and spread it on top and popped it into the oven. It eliminated one dish that needed to be cleaned after dinner. We'll be seeing this again...and soon.
