EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Need a foolproof way to hard-cook eggs? It's easy. Just place eggs in saucepan, and add cold water to cover eggs by 1 inch. Cover; heat to boiling. Remove from heat; let stand covered 15 minutes. Drain. Immediately cool in cold water. Tap egg to crack the shell, roll between hands to loosen, then peel.

I used some chopped celery and carrot which I had on hand instead of the broccoli, very yummy! Also used a bit of green onion, but not much instead of the onion salt. Love the recipes I can use what I have to create something healthy.
