I made this with the Gluten Free Bisquick and it turned out great. I used more water with the gluten free mix to make it into the doughy consistency needed. My family really enjoyed this. (Even those that don't normally eat gluten free)

Great meal, very filling. I used regular mustard, chedder cheese, and cubes of ham. I only cooked them for 15 min instead of the 20-25 min., they where perfect!

Just a personal opinion but I'd have left the dijon out. The crust got a little dry. I wonder if putting a little butter or something inside would have helped with that. Other than that, very quick and easy to make.

Easy and yummy. My boys loved it - I was not able to make the dough look as pretty as the picture but tasted good.

When I saw this recipe, I thought this was a great way to use left over turkey. I cut up turkey meat into small pieces and made a few different versions - curried turkey with (shredded)mild cheddar, Taco turkey with Mexican blend cheese, and plain (no extra flavor) with just mayo, mustard, and Swiss cheese (added a little bit of chopped onions). They were all very good. My husband and son loved them. They called it "Turkey Hot Pockets". Their favorite was the plain one. I can make all kinds of different hot pockets using this recipe!

Delish!! My family LOVES these and they are so easy to make! My husband and kids don't really like mustard, so easily substituted a little ranch dressing. YUM. Very versatile, I love it!!

Great concept, but all of mine definitely bust open. If I make them again I will use half the amount of meat.

These tasted GREAT! I used leftover ham and cheddar cheese. I also used ranch instead of dijon on some of the pockets. Either option is very tasty.

I made this one day after coming home from swimming when my family needed a quick, satisfying meal. The bottoms and edges got a bit burnt, and really the recipe used only one egg when I doubled it, but other then that it was very tasty. Because they turned out a bit dry, my mom and I dipped ours in Italian salad dressing, my dad dipped his in mustard, and the rest of my family dipped their''s in Ranch salad dressing. I give this recipe an A+!

Once I learned to make the breading I have changed the fillings and stuffed them with so many different ingredients. But for me the ham and cheese one was awesome.
