Ingredients

cups Green Giant® frozen broccoli cuts, thawed, drained

cups cut-up cooked ham
2
cans (10 3/4 oz each) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1/4
cup milk
2
cups Original Bisquick® mix
1
cup milk
2
tablespoons yellow mustard
2
eggs

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. In ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish, mix broccoli, ham, soup and 1/4 cup milk.
  • 2 In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over ham mixture.
  • 3 Bake uncovered about 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

I make this all the time w/ no ham and extra veggies. (potatoes, onions, carrots, whatever we have around). My only complaint is the amount of sodium in those cans of condensed soup. 820mg / can!!! It reheats well as leftovers for a few meals, too.

Quite tasty - good way to use up left over ham - I added some onions and cut the recipe in half as there is only two of us.
