What a great blog! I love that you give specific exeaplms of how you plan meals and showed how you write up your list rather than just giving the advice to plan meals and make a shopping list. Also, I am trying to reduce the amount of meat my family eats (well, my husband and I anyway my daughter needs to eat more!) so I like that you will be including some meatless meals in your blog. Already you have given me some great ideas that seem like common sense after reading them, but that I didn't think of myself like planning meals that use the same ingredients so you can use them all up and reduce waste. I will definitely be coming back to read The Cookie Scoop regularly! (I like the name too
