Betty Crocker's Heart Healthy Cookbook shares a recipe! Combining Asian flavors with meaty fish and tender-crisp veggies is a really good idea.

I used tuna steaks because they were a lot less expensive than halibut. Next time, I will not cut the onions into thin slices, instead I will cut them into thick wedges and halve instead of slice the mushrooms. Making all the veggies into bite size chunks makes the meal prettier, but will also keep some crunch to the onions since it is a stir-fry. I thought it had good flavor though, especially wiht the garlic and ginger, and I served it over white rice. Super healthy for sure!

We are trying a large breakfast, small lunch and small dinner diet. So I was happy to find this as we like fish and asparagus. I used fresh asparagus and followed the rest of the recipe as it was written. There just was no good flavor to this. Everyone ate it but all I could think as I was eating this bland dish was how good a burger would taste right now! I won't make it again!

Great flavor! My husband and I LOVED this dish. Very easy to make and over some white rice, it was amazing. We didn't have any Halibut at our grocery store and the tuna was too expensive, but used Salmon and it was still a wonderful dinner! Highly recommend this quick and tasty dish!

Did not like. Had high expectations, but the flavors just didn't go together. I love asparagus, but the frozen asparagus is just terrible. Will not make again.

This recipe was very tasty. Just take caution not to overcook in the last step or the tomatoes and mushrooms turn really soft and the meal will not look as the picture does. Would definitely cook again.

This was delicious! I didn''t have tomatoes or mushrooms on hand and I substituted red bell pepper that I did have on hand. This was wonderful. I can''t wait to try it with tomatoes and mushrooms! So easy, much easier than grilling fish and steaming asparagus. Yum-O sums it up nicely!
