beef boneless sirloin steak (1 lb), 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick

cups bite-size pieces mixed salad greens

medium cucumber, thinly sliced

small red onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings

large tomato, chopped (1 cup)
  1. In small bowl, mix all dressing ingredients with wire whisk until creamy.
  2. Cut beef steak into 4x1/4-inch strips. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add beef to skillet; sprinkle with 1 1/4 teaspoons Greek seasoning. Cook, stirring frequently, until beef is brown. Drain if necessary.
  3. Divide salad greens among 6 plates. Top each with cucumber, onion, tomato and beef. Serve with dressing.

Substitution
To substitute for the Greek seasoning used to season the beef, use 1 1/4 teaspoons garlic-pepper blend, 1/4 teaspoon crumbled dried oregano leaves and 3/4 teaspoon salt. In the Yogurt Dressing, substitute 1/2 teaspoon garlic-pepper blend, 1/8 teaspoon crumbled dried oregano leaves and 1/2 teaspoon salt for the Greek seasoning.
