2: teapoons garlic salt with parsley

Directions

1 Heat gas or charcoal grill. Wash and slice zucchini thinly. Cut large 12 x 18 square of heavy duty aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
2 Wash and slice zucchini thinly. Place zucchini in foil in a single or double layer.
3 Drizzle olive oil evenly over the layers of zucchini. Sprinkle with garlic salt, and parmesan cheese.
4 Fold foil over zucchini so ends meet. Seal edges, making tight 1/2-inch fold; fold again.
5 When grill is heated, place packets on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill over medium coals; cover grill. Cook 15 to 20 minutes, rotating packets 1/2 turn after 10 minutes. When done, cut large X across top of each packet; fold back foil and serve.
