I seared and baked these rather than grilling them simply because it was easier for me, and they still turned out great. Full of flavor and juicy.

We have made this recipe for years and it is always so moist and tender. This time we butterflied a pork roast and made it and it was absolutely fabulous - if i can add pictures I will! It is also great to pre make if camping or bbqing on a trip~!
