Grilled pizza is surprisingly simple. Try this tomato-free version with sweet onions, deli rotisserie chicken, Alfredo sauce, and refrigerated pizza crust.

Yumm - I adore carmelized onions. I made this the first time according to directions and it was delish. I have since made it with ranch dressing or caesar dressing instead of alfredo sauce and it was great. I think any creamy dressing would work. I have also added chopped apple, roasted red pepper, pepper jack cheese, bacon, mushroom etc. Just the idea of the cream cheese and a creamy sauce is a good base for any toppings. I have used canned crust and box mix crust too-just prebake them about 10 minutes before trying to spread the cream cheese. I usually use the oven, too cold and snowy to grill all the time.

This is a fav for our family now- we have it atleast twice a month and everyone enjoys it! I've known several people that don't like onions that thought this was amazing. Plus it's a great way to get rid of leftover chicken!

This recipe is awesome!!! The only thing I did different is leave out the onions because my husband and I don't like onions. I also cooked the pizza in the oven at 450 degrees for about 10-15 minutes and it was delicious!!! I will definitely make this again.

Simple recipe, has a great taste. Not for people who aren't a fan of onions! Good with wheat crust too!

Recipe is very easy and simple. Kids loved it. We had some friends over to try grilled pizzas for the first time, and they all turned out great. Make sure to use EVOO lightly brushed on crust prior to placing on grill. Also, using uncooked pizza crust and forming your own pizza shape, then cooking on the grill is awsome. Really gives the pizza an awsome new texture and flavor..

I baked this in the oven and used left over chicken. Overall, it was really good and you don't miss having cheese on the pizza. I also used whole wheat pizza crust and it was very good. The onions tasted great on the pizza, instead of thyme I added basil, it was a nice sweet taste.
