This was so YUMMO! To cut back on added fat I did not use the butter, but the turkey breast still turned out very moist. However, I did mine in the oven since it rained the day I wanted to cook the turkey. The rub is so flavorful. I even put some under the skin. I rubbed down the breast and put in back in the fridge for about an hour to increase the flavors.
