Chicken doesn't have to be just "chicken again?" A little marinade makes magnificent chicken.

This has become one of my family's favorites. I prefer to bake mine in the oven, even though I have tried it grilled and baked. I also cook my carrots in extra teriyaki marinade that I make while making the marinade for the chicken. My husband and kids do not like the pineapple slices so we leave those off. But all in all this is a wonderful dish that is a keeper for us. Thanks for this one!

This is the best grilled marinated chicken recipe. I marinated the chicken overnight and my husband love it. I will be making this again!!

I used lemon juice instead of sherry or orange juice and it was great! Chicken was moist and melt in your mouth tender! Definitely will use all the time.

This is the best hommemade teriyaki marinade I've ever made, and best of all it was very simple to make. I cut my chicken into small pieces and made kabobs. I marinated the veggies and pineapple as well as the chicken, and it turned out wonderfully. I did marinate the chicken overnight, which I think really helped give it the full teriyaki flavor. I will definitely be making this a lot!

Love this receipe! Even my youngest daughter, who is extremely picky, liked it. The flavor was mild and the chicken was moist. I used the orange juice, ground ginger, and a couple shakes of garlic powder as I had all that on hand. I will definitely use this recipe frequently.

All I can say is WOW! Very good recipe. We used tenderloins in our recipe, with brown rice, grilled zucchini and those crucial grilled pineapple slices. Definitely will make again. So yes, it's even good without the skin!
