I used 1 lb frozen rhubarb. in the oven 350* for 40min. no added sugar just what the recipe called for. it came out wonderful. I let the rhubarb defrost completely before using it.

Skip the sugar. Any frozen fruit, or fruit in season sweetens it up fine. For a diabetic, it is still a treat. Top it off with squirts of Reddi whip, no carbs in that either.

with all the fresh fruit in our location, this was perfect to try with different combinations! Bakes while my husband grills; what a nice way not to heat up the kitchen. Delicious , & so easy!!! its a keeper/

DE-licious! I substituted raspberries for blueberries and it was awesome. My fiancee ate almost the whole pan by himself.

Perfect summer dessert when it's too hot to heat the oven for baking. I used a tablespoon of butter, 1/4 cup quick oats added to the sugar for a crunchy topping.

The recipe is excellent!!! Did make it in the oven using a regular 9-inch cake pan and setting the oven temp to 350º. Baked for 40 minutes and it came out perfect. My family loved it.

Would only use this recipe if I could figure out something to substitute for the ingredient: nectarine (? maybe peaches)

We just got done eating this for desert, after are meal on the grill. It was really good. I use a charcoal grill and it took a little longer then it said, but it was worth it. I should have made homemade ice cream to go with it.
