if prep time is 30 mins then total time cannot be 30 mins.

This was a wonderful recipe. My family loved it. It was simple to make and tasty. It is sometimes hard to get my son to eat much, as he is not a meat eater, but he really loved the veggies. I liked how I had most of the ingredients on hand, and I was able to throw it together and not bother with it tell it was done. I did not add the flour simple because I seen know point, but will be doing this again soon. I've never cooked before this was my first time! I loved it, my boyfriend loved it, my sisters loved it.. it was pretty simple & great! I changed a couple steps/ingredients but either way it was easy & delicious!

A truly great dinner on the grill! I love that it includes so many veggies and the olives give it that Spanish flavor. I serve it over or with yellow rice and it's a hit at my house.

DELISH!!! So easy to make and clean up! My kinda recipe. I agree with "Great in a Pinch" that fish would work very well with these flavors! Way to go Betty!
