The classic duo of sour cream and onion soup mix jazzes up juicy beef burgers.

I have made these for years. I mix the sour cream and onion soup mix together before adding to the beef. When my boys were teenagers, I would make one thin patty, add a slice of cheese, top it with another thin patty, making sure to pinch the sides really well as they can get messy. They loved them and their friends always asked me to make them.

This is the best burger I've ever had! I made it with ground turkey instead of beef, and it was even better. My husband, who is not burger fan and prefers red meat, loved it. We had it again the next week. Now, this is one of our staple meals!

Loved it. Very important to mix well. Make sure all onion soup mix gets mixed in well.

The burgers smelled great while cooking. I used turkey instead of ground beef. Cook slow because they did tend to fall apart. Otherwise a very good burger that myself, my 3 year old and my 1 year old enjoyed.

I made these burgers and cooked them in a skillet and they smelled and tasted delicious. I definitely recommend this recipe whether it is on the grill or stovetop.

Very tasty, but tended to fall apart on the grill. Need to cook slowly.

These burgers were delicious!! The only problem we had were they wanted to fall apart when we turned them. I would probably add an egg and more bread crumbs the next time I made them. We all agreed they were the best tasting burgers we had ever had.

The flavor was too strong for my kids..and myself...and the burgers would not stay together for anything, but we use extra lean beef so maybe that had something to do with it.
