So easy and so good!! Everyone loved them! Next time I think I'll add some yellow squash and red or yellow bell peppers. Even the leftovers were yummy! This recipe is a definite keeper!

This was really yummy! Make sure you spray your grill or use grilling foil because the scallops are very tender and tend to stick to the grill big time!

This was a last minute decision to grill some scallops so I looked for a quick recipe and happened upon this one - it was AWESOME!! I had fresh thyme in my herb window box and lemon, and I used olive oil. The scallops were tiny bay scallops and I used onion and red peppers which I also had on hand - my husband raved that we definitely need to have this recipe again!
