EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

To broil salmon, place skin side down on sprayed rack in broiler pan; broil with top 4 to 6 inches from heat using times above as a guide, brushing with marinade during last 8 minutes of cooking time.

You can substitute lime peel and juice for the lemon in the sauce and marinade for a refreshing lime flavor.

Excellent dish! My husband and I loved this recipe! I made it just as the recipe called for and I found it to be very delicious! Wasn't too tangy, the honey marinade and yogurt sauce paired together perfectly. Wonderful fresh flavor, I will be making this again soon!

THIS IS A REALLY EASY AND TASTY RECIPE FOR SALMON. MY HUSBAND LOVES IT AND CAN EAT THE YOGURT SAUCE BY ITSELF. I USE THE HONEY GREEK YOGURT TO CUT DOWN ON THE TARTNESS OF THE YOGURT. IT IS JUST ABOUT THE ONLY WAY WE PREPARE SALMON NOW :-)
