cup Packed, Dark Brown Sugar

cup Dark Rum or Orange Juice

tablespoons Butter

tablespoon Djion Mustard

tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar

teaspoon Peeled, Grated Fresh Ginger
  1. Combine salt. pepper, garlic powder, & paprika, rub all over pork. Place in foil pan. Grill or bake, covered, 1 hr 15 mins or till cooked completely.
  2. In a small pot combine brown sugar, rum -or- orange juice, butter, mustard, vinegar, & ginger. Simmer, whisking till consistency of jam.
  3. Brush glaze over roast during last 15 mins of cooking. When done let stand 10 mins before carving.
