lb Bone-In Pork Loin Roast

cup Packed, Dark Brown Sugar
1/4
cup Dark Rum or Orange Juice
2
tablespoons Butter
1
tablespoon Djion Mustard
1
tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1
teaspoon Peeled, Grated Fresh Ginger

Directions

  • 1 Combine salt. pepper, garlic powder, & paprika, rub all over pork. Place in foil pan. Grill or bake, covered, 1 hr 15 mins or till cooked completely.
  • 2 In a small pot combine brown sugar, rum -or- orange juice, butter, mustard, vinegar, & ginger. Simmer, whisking till consistency of jam.
  • 3 Brush glaze over roast during last 15 mins of cooking. When done let stand 10 mins before carving.
