Transform ordinary grilled chicken into great grilled chicken with what's probably already in your fridge--mustard and jam!

This was excellent, and made for fantastic leftovers. Much easier to make it on the Sunday then ahead of time then have it for dinner after work on Monday.

We LOVED this recipe. It''s so easy, with very few ingredients, and comes out looking beautiful and tasting unbelievably delicious. We had a few friends over for dinner and they all ooed and awed with every bite, and then asked for the recipe.

Very nice and healthy dish, i can see a whole family enjoying it as an alternative to traditional boring roast. The sweetness of the jam and tang of mustard makes such a nice gravy-like sauce. I have found it a lot quicker and easier to bake it as oppose to grill it and even tried adding some rosemary and ginger for a stronger flavour! Very nice and ceratinly healthy

We get more requests for this meal than any other. Friends and family all request it an awe at how delicious it is. We also marinate the chicken in fruit juice (usually apple raspberry) to add extra flavor.

My whole family loves this recipe...make at least 1-2 times every few weeks. The glase works well on other meats as well, so experiment and try it out; thanks

This was terrific. I had to use an indoor pan but it still turned out fantastic and the sauce thickened a bit on the pan and there was enough to serve on top of the turkey (I used turkey breast strips). I forgot to add the fresh raspberries, though, even though I bought them just for this dish! haha My partner loved it, even though he is very picky.

This is a great recipe! It was very easy and tasted great. I used a grill pan and cooked the chicken for about 18 minutes. The grill pan helps the chicken stay really moist, but some of the glaze burned to the chicken. It didn''t taste bad though, the burned parts had the raspberry glaze flavor to it. I will definitely make this recipe again.
