No need for a meat injector. There's a handy recipe tip for marinating this grilled pork tenderloin.

This is great with apple juice instead of wine. I alcohol ruins the flavor of anything it touches and so I often just skip over recipes that have it in them, instead of trying to find a substitute... Thought I would try this since the recipe itself suggested the apple juice. It has a very light, nice flavor!

Because there are only two of us, I cut the recipe in half, except for the marinade. I put the tenderloin into a zip-lock bag and poured the marinade in and put in refrigerator for 1 hour. Then I put the tenderloin a 8x8" corning ware pan, poured the marminade over the tenderloin and baked it in a 350 deg F oven for 25 minutes. Then I brushed it with plum jam and baked an additional 5 minutes. I didn't use the plums as we don't care for cooked plums. We eat alot of pork tenderloin, so I'm always looking for more recipes for it. This is a KEEPER for sure!!!
