I fixed this tonite except I cooked it in the oven. Very easy to prepare and very delicious. I think next time I'll add some water chestnuts and sesame oil.

made this recipe before on the grill. Also baked it in the oven in a 13x9 pan covered with foil. It was just as good and easy to serve.

Delicious!! I used fresh pineapple instead of canned and instead of pineapple preserves, i mashed up some of the fresh cut pineapple. Turned out very yummy!

This was a very fast, delicious, no clean up mess and easy to prepare recipe. But next time I will put less red crushed pepper it was kind of HOT for kids. Add some water chessnuts for crunch and serve over rice. YUMMY
