I made these with 1" steaks instead of the 1.5" steaks the recipe calls for. The pockets were a little harder to cut, but the steaks still turned out delicious and tender!

This recipe is fabulous - and so easy! I made it quite a few times last summer - it makes a very impressive dinner if you're entertaining, but my kids and hubby love it when I make it on a weeknight, too!

I enjoyed this recipe very much,the pesto stuffing adds a great twist to the taste and it''s not too over powering.I''ve also used this recipe as an appatizer while entertaining guests.It,s very easy to make and is a great crowed pleaser.
