Made this awhile ago and it was alright but if I make it again I would use cream instead of sour cream.

I used less pepper and reduces the sauce a little longer. Instead of sour cream I used crumbled Roquefort cheese on top of the steak. Very tasty.

very good with the sauce, but the steak was a little spicy for my husband and I. the sauce calms it down quite a bit though. If I were to make it again, I might ease up on the pepper and make more sauce. I guess I dont like my "peppered steak" very peppery.
