Need a speedy dinner? Tasty chops have never been ready faster, thanks to an indoor grill that cooks from both sides.
cup finely chopped fresh parsley
tablespoon grated orange peel
clove garlic, finely chopped
tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
teaspoon olive or vegetable oil
pork boneless loin chops, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
teaspoon seasoned salt
teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
teaspoon coarse ground pepper
Heat closed medium-size contact grill for 5 minutes. In small bowl, mix parsley, orange peel, garlic and butter; set aside.
Brush oil on pork chops; sprinkle with seasoned salt, marjoram and pepper. Place pork on grill. Close grill. Grill 5 to 7 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center. To serve, top each pork chop with parsley mixture.
Bake sweet potatoes in the microwave, and serve a bagged salad for a super-easy, super-delicious weeknight supper.
Contact grills are indoor-use grills that cook the food between two grids. Both top and bottom grids are heated, so food is cooked from both sides in much less time than conventional grilling.
