When enjoying margaritas, use a bit of the mix to marinate cut-up chicken. It's tart and refreshing!

We keep making this recipe over and over again. It's easy and delicious! My husband and I both love the grilled margarita chicken! Thank you Betty Crocker!

This chicken was totally awesome. Being a garlic lover, I did add more garlic, but I would recommend this recipe to anyone, and everyone! To do it faster, I used two packages of boneless, skinless, chicken thighs. A true culinary delight.

I added a bit more garlic (used already minced garlic) and lime juice, and used sugar free margarita mix. Also, instead of doing a whole chicken, I used boneless, skinless thighs (our family's favorite). They came out so AWESOME! I did not baste while grilling as I thought using the raw chicken marinade might contaminate the cooked chicken. This is sooooo good. Very light and refreshing. Will make again!

Soooooooooo simple and easy! Works for bar-b-que chicken wings as well. A REAL crowd pleaser that keeps me out of the kitchen.
