Blogger Paula Jones from Bell'alimento shows us how to make Grilled Mac 'n Cheese.

Ingredients

1/2
teaspoon butter, softened
2
slices sandwich bread
1
cup prepared macaroni and cheese

Directions

  • 1 Heat panini grill.
  • 2 Spread butter on outside of each bread slice. Top unbuttered side of 1 slice with mac 'n cheese. Top with other slice, buttered side up.
  • 3 Place on hot grill; press and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until outside is golden.

Expert Tips

Add slices of cooked bacon to sandwich if desired.

Recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
