This was absolutely wonderful. I added some thin slices of lemon on top of the chicken while grilling and I think that may have added some extra moisture....because even the left overs were moist and juicy :) I think I will also try this combo with fish!

My husband is a very picky eater and he loved this chicken. In his words, "I don't want it ever to end". Personally, I didn't think it was a big deal except that it was super easy and fast. I also used the 1 tsp of dried thyme and 1/2 tsp of dried lemon peel. I used only one tsp of Garlic Salt and subsituted one tsp of Garlic Pepper in place of the pepper. It was very moist.

I tried this recipe last night and everyone loved it. I used dried thyme and instead of garlic salt I used garlic powder with a sprinkle of salt. I also grated the lemon peel but felt that it needed more lemon flavor so I squeezed just a tad of the lemon into the dry ingredients to make the paste a little more pasty. My 11 year old daughter helped me add the rub onto the chicken breasts and we baked ours in the oven with a little Olive Oil drizzled in the bottom of the baking dish and over the top of the chicken. It turned out perfect. I baked the chicken until it was done but still juicy. My husband and kids said that this was a keeper and would like to have it again the same way. ? Thanks for another great recipe.

A great way to use boneless chicken breasts with lots of flavor and very tender. I rubbed the ingredients onto the chicken in a big bowl. The mix contains lemon zest which is really a very dryish paste, and combined with the thyme, there is every reason to consider this more of a rub than a marinade. The flavor is very light and mild and not overpowering. I would have liked a little more flavor though. I'm not a huge chicken breast person but I liked it. My husband liked it more. I think he felt for chicken breasts, it's easy to be bored. We had this with the Green Beans with Browned Butter recipe also on Betty Crocker.com. Fresh and healthy, the whole thing took just 30 minutes to make and we got to cook together, which I love.

This was really good! I used about a teaspoon of dried thyme and 1/2 Tablespoon of dried lemon peel. Adding the garlic salt to that was fabulous! My husband and two young children loved it! Thanks for providing easy recipes that are good!

Fabulous fresh off the grill! However it does not reheat well so make only enough for the one sitting.

Great, light dish for a late dinner. I made it on the stovetop with a little olive oil sprayed in the pan, instead of grilling. Went wonderfully with french cut green beans.
