I have never tried making patties with bread crumbs before and it sounded promising. This recipe is very simple to follow and the results were delicious. These burgers are indeed juicy. We made ours outside on the grill and man, they went fast. The only changes I made was substituted the onion for onion powder(I had no onion), and then I made the paddies 3/4 to 1 inch thick.
