A Betty Crocker cookbook shares a healthy recipe! A rub of jerk seasoning gives lean chops extra zip.

I cooked this for my family and they were all amazed and said "This tastes like something you would get at an expensive restaurant"!! Definetly one of my favorites!!

My family loved this. My 15-year-old son said it was the best recipe I've ever made. Instead of jalapenos, I made the salsa mild by using green chilis. I added baked sweet potatos and a green vegetable to complete the dinner.

This recipe is definitely a keeper. The way the flavors explode in your mouth, a spicy w/ a hint of sweetness was mind blowing. I give this dish a A+

I used the seasonings on a pork loin that I grilled. I brined the pork first, rinsed, patted it dry, slathered with olive oil, poked with large meat fork and then rubbed the seasonings all over. I grilled the pork until the temp reached 145, then I covered w foil and let it rest before slicing. I served with grilled veggies including onions, mushrooms, red bell peppers and asparagus. Two different groups loved it!
