I loved this recipe, but I did a lot of tweaking. First off, I put two drumsticks in each packet instead of breasts. The meat ended up so tender that it fell off the bone. I also used three different types of bell peppers, yellow orange and red. I added fresh mushrooms and fresh broccoli along with some baby carrots, plus salt and pepper. It tasted absolutely wonderful with some grilled potatoes!!!

This was sooo easy to make and so good. Just added a bunch of hot peppers on side for taste.

Couldn't be any simpler and absolutely tasted great for the effort and with such few ingredients. I added a little Weber's Zesty Lemon Seasoning to the ingredients just because I always add sometyhing to a recipe (my wife chides me for it). The juice in the foil pack was like a fine Italian soup! I'll make it again, most assuredly!
