Ingredients

Potatoes

2: tablespoons olive or vegetable oil

1: tablespoon chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes

1: tablespoon chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crumbled

1/2: teaspoon lemon pepper

1/4: teaspoon salt

8: small red potatoes, cut into fourths

Sour Cream Sauce

1/3: cup sour cream

1: tablespoon chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crumbled

1/4: teaspoon lemon pepper

1/8: teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

1 Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. In large bowl, mix oil, parsley, 1 tablespoon rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper and the salt. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Place potatoes in grill basket (grill “wok”).
2 Cover and grill potatoes over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes, shaking basket or stirring potatoes occasionally, until tender.
3 In small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients. Serve with potatoes.
