Wonderful! Instead of beer I used Mountain Dew and it was so good, the chicken didn't taste like Mt. Dew. My family told me I could make it all the time!

I also use a can of baked beans. The beans flavor the chicken, and the chicken the beans, so you have a side dish ready to go with your chicken! I use a stand, but the bean can works too. I wrap my chicken in foil for the first part of the grilling to keep the skin from blackening.

This great, Home Depot sells the stands for about $5.00. I did with a can of Lemon Lime Soda and put a sprig of rosemary in the can. It was great. Works good with Dr Pepper to. Did mind in the oven this time due to. Worked out well.

Great recipe, unlike rotisserie chicken the skin of the chicken turns out quite crispy. Chicken is so tender it is difficult to get off the can without it falling apart!!
