Not everyone will love this glaze if you don't like a little kick. But we thought it was FANTASTIC! I made the salmon in the broiler instead of on the grill, and it still turned out amazing. Super easy to do and most of the time you'll have this stuff on hand anyway!

Very yummy, the basting sauce was sweet then had a kick. I was worried about the ginger cause I'm not a big fan using it but it was a nice background note with the salmon. Over all my family enjoyed the salmon, which was a first for one of my kids.
