This is a wonderful salad!! I made this for my husband and myself tonight for dinner using leftover steak I had. My husband is on a low sodium diet, so it is wonderful to find recipes like this one that are both low fat and low sodium, but really, really big on flavor!!! This will definitely be one of my go to recipes from now on.

I like the look of the salad and the fact there are so many different textures, however, I am not a great fan of the dressing used. As a rule, I would not have all of the ingredients to make this salad on hand. Next time, I do think I will use a different type of dressing. Something that most people have on hand most of the time. I have to eat salads for health reasons, but the budget would not allow for this one often.
