This was the most awesome pork roast I have made in a long time. I didn't add the sage as we don't like the taste of sage, but it was so moist and flavorful and EASY that I am glad I tripled the ingredients for a 5lb. roast and we will have plenty of leftovers. The top was crispy and sealed in all those juices. Just wonderful

Usually we alternate weekly between having my in laws over or going to their house for dinner. We always kinda made the same things over and over and I decided to do something different. I made this recipe ( i cooked in the oven instead of grilling) and it turned out GREAT! It was delicious my in laws were talking about it for weeks. I will definetly make it again when it gets warm and try it on the grill.
