Ingredients

pounds Large Deveined Shrimp (peeled but tails left on)
3
cloves Crushed Garlic (fresh)
1
cup Parmesan Cheese (Fresh if you can find it)
1/4
cup Olive Oil
1/2
cup Real Butter (melted but cooled)

  • 1 Peel and devein shrimp. Skewer shrimp onto kabobs. I recommend the bamboo ones. Mix all ingredients together and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. It is very important to marinate at least 4 hours before grilling. Mixture needs to adhere to shrimp for best results. Preheat grill. Grill will be hot so be careful of flame ups. You only need to cook a couple of minutes, just until shrimp turn pink.
