Success Hint
Plan on preparing this side dish just before grilling because the potatoes will begin to turn brown if they’re not cooked right after being cut up.
These vegetables complement just about any grilled meat or poultry. Coordinate the grilling times so everything will be done together. Sliced sourdough bread with garlic butter rounds out the menu.
Yukon gold potatoes are small with rich, golden, buttery-sweet flesh. They have a moist texture and are great for grilling.
