This was so easy and SO TASTY. The instructions are a bit long winded, in that they include how to grill the corn. I used an even simpler version of this because I only needed enough for the two of us - it's very easy to remember equal portions of butter/marg and Parmesan cheese. The recipe calls for dill, but the picture looks like chives....I chopped up some fresh chives and it was wonderful. What an easy recipe and a nice change from just butter and salt!
