This recipe is easy and simply amazing! The sweetness of the peaches mixed with the spice of the chipotle and cumin is a marriage of delicious in your mouth! Made this a few nights ago, had the leftovers last night and it was wonderful both times! This would be great to "impress" family and friends for a dinner party. It's a beautiful colorful, delicious dish! Give it a try, you'll be putting this recipe in your frequent file. Thank you Betty Crocker, you made me look good. :)

Was out of town, in a small hotel kitchen, and this was so easy to fix. Our friends loved it, enough that my husband grilled chicken the next night, and I made more glaze. BIG HIT. Recipe will be used again, and again.

I don't have a grill, so I sauteed this in a skillet on the stove. My husband told me more than once during dinner how much he liked the chicken. It has a very nice sweet-hot flavor.

Just made this for dinner and I Loved it! I rubbed the chicken with the spices and cook it on a pan with olive oil. Made the sauce as the recipe said to, when the chicken was cooked I added half the sauce and the peaches to the chicken and allowed it to simmer. Served it with the remaining sauce. It was delicious!

Couldn't find peach preserves (went to two stores) so I used apricot preserves instead. It was wonderful and I got raves for dinner. Will definitely make this one again.

this was my first time cooking with chipotle so I didn't know what to expect. It was wonderful. It was so good, I made and served it at my work for a dinner special and everyone raved about it!

Wonderful recipe! I actually only used two chicken breasts and had enough of the glaze to baste on the bbq and to smother the chicken in. It had the perfect amount of sweet warmth for me. I will make again and again. I am going to try it on pork tenderloin too!
