Tip
Mango chutney is a British adaptation of a condiment popular in India. Chutney is similar to spiced fruit preserves that have been spiked with vinegar. It is simultaneously sweet, tart and spicy.
To broil chicken and onion slices, place on broiler pan; broil 4 to 6 inches from heat using times above as a guide, turning once.
