This recipe was absolutely delicious. I took the amount of cheese I thought I'd need and put it on the plate next to the chicken so I wouldn't be dipping my chicken-germ-covered knife back in the container. I wasted a small amount of cheese this way, but it's so much better than getting sick!
I had some doubts as to whether the chicken would stay together on the grill, but I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken came out perfectly done, the prosciutto was lovely and crispy, and the cheese oozed out when we cut into the chicken. Great recipe!
