Take a break from traditional burgers. Lots of spicy chiles, Monterey Jack cheese and salsa mix with ground turkey breast for burgers to serve to a crowd.

The recipe is fantastic, only thing different I did was I add 3 whole scramble eggs so that the Turkey patti would not fall apart this is a old trick my Mom taught me in the kitchen when making Meatloaf or Albondigas Soup.m Cant wait for the nex BBQ my friends said!

These were yummy! I halved the recipe because I only had one pack of ground turkey. They held together really well on the grill. I will certainly make again, but will add more shredded cheese- the salsa and peppers drowned it out a bit. I definitely recommend this one!

These burgers were absolutely delicious! Three teenagers thought they were great. I followed the recipe and the flavor was fantastic but they were very soft and fell apart as they cooked as others have said. I will probably skip the outdoor grill and make them in a grill pan in the future. We will definitely have these again.

With a little extra - like breadcrumbs - much less likely to fall apart. Also, just hold back a little on the salsa - not much, just a litte. I have a 15 year old and an 8 year old - they LOVED these burgers. Definitely will remake these, probably several times!

Love this recipe. Check out the recipe for Grilled Cheddar Burgers and Veggies as it's similar (each portion is cooked within a wrap of aluminum foil. We didn't feel the jalapenos would add enough heat so we substituted serranos (seeded)) instead. Also, rather than store-bought salsa I made a quick fresh pico de gallo (fresh onion, tomato and cilantro, chopped, garlic powder). Other than those substitutions, this recipe was followed. The result? Fantastic! The cheese melts right into the burger, and the flavor is just intense and the meat juicy. I never want another dry hamburger again, and I'd be pretty happy eating nothing but this great turkey burger recipe.

These were sooooooo good!!! They had just the right amount of spice and my hubby-to-be said they were the tastiest burgers he has ever had. They did stick to the grill a bit but came out in one piece as long as you only flip once. And I also added a little extra cheese on top :)

This was a great change. I've made them with beef as well as turkey, both very good. I did slightly drained the salsa a bit to get not all, but some of the watery part of the salsa out. It made it a little firmer. It is, as my famly would call it, "a do again".

These look really delicious, I have yet to try them, so for that reason I am only giving it one star. I think if you mix everything ahead of time, make them into burgers, then stick them in the fridge for 2 hours they won't fall apart on you. So just my two cents. I've made turkey burgers in the past without fillers, and they didn't fall apart.. Can't wait to try these!
