My family and I love this recipe. We dont eat a lot of bacon, so we left that part out. But I added some light brown sugar to the mix and it tasted wonderful. We are eating it tonight actually with sweet potato fries and fresh picked green beans. Can't wait. With fresh peaches for dessert!!

this was a great hit at the table and Im not a big meatloaf fan, but I will definately make these mini loaves again. It's a great way to make meatloaf in the summer without having to heat up the oven.

My family loved these mini meat loaves. Grilling was a great new twist to regular meat loaf. The only problem was that four servings wasn't enough!

for the first reviewer... they must of used a high fat of beef, and had the grill way to hot to begin the cooking. turned the patties to soon, I have tried this reciepe and it turned out wonderful... patience is the clue and the art of loving to cook is the issue here!

This recipe was absolutely horrible. I've never had a dinner go wrong until this. I followed the recipe to the T and when i went to flip them they all fell apart. It was the biggest mess. It was a waste of $15.00 worth of meat. Very disappointed. I would not recommend using the grill, the oven might work better.

I've make been making these for yrs on camping trips, My own recipe but pretty close. My kitchen & Backyard grill are my testing labs for new recipes. We camp a lot so I'm always trying to make new things to eat gives us a change and makes it more exciting then hamburgers and hot dogs ect!! I like my recipe so I know I'll like this!!
