I love these burgers. They do fall apart some, but the flavor is amazing. They are very moist, not dry at all. They are my favorite burger of all times. They also reheat very well and are still just as moist.

i can't even tell you how they taste. there is no binding at all. they are terrible to try to cook on the grill. every time they need turned they just fall apart completely. never again, just a big waste of time and money.

YUMMY!! I've been making tky/ck burgers waaaaaay longer than they became popular since I don't eat/prefer beef. To help bind burgers for outdoor/indoor grill, I add an beaten egg and also freeze the patties for about 10-15 before throwing them on the grill - they stay together better. Also a grill pan works well. Lots of possibilities with subs/additions to what veggies, seasonings/herbs, etc. that are on hand in frig and/or pantry

These burgers couldn''t have been easier to make, they were prepared and on the table in 20 minutes including grilling time! They were very moist, I think the mayonaise (I used low fat) kept them moist on the grill...and the flavor was great! Even my kids loved them, and they don''t eat blue cheese at all. The only problem I ran into, which has happened to me before, the turkey is such a different texture than ground beef that they are very fragile...you have to put them on the grill carefully yo keep them in one piece, and wait a bit before you flip them, let them firm up. These will be added to my list of favorites!

This was my 1st attempt with turkey burgers. I was surprised at how "wet" they were after mixing and worried they''d fall through the grill. I followed recipe exactly & they cooked fine. They seemed to taste a bit dry on the bun - ketchup wasn''t a good choice. Maybe using a blue cheese or other salad dressing would bring out more flavor. Overall, pretty good.
