We made this chicken Saturday night & it was a total success! Hard to believe that such simple spices already in my pantry could lend such incredible flavor to a simple chicken! I used Chipotle Chili Powder in lieu of regular chili powder and added a smidge more Cumin, as that's our favorite spice, and it was PERFECT! So moist on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside. Grilled it on Med. Low/Low for 1 hr. 15 mins, and that was the perfect amount of time. We also used little device specifically for "beer can chicken," which we picked up at our local "home improvement" store for $5 (So worth it!). Thanks Betty Crocker-this is now a staple in our home!
