This recipe was great except for the salt. The Tablespoon in the rub was a bit excessive. The beer flavor left over from the brine was great.

I love this CHICKEN. It is so moist and flavorful. My husband do not like chicken but I made this and he loved it. It was easy to prep and cook. Overall very satisfied with the results.

One of the absolute best pieces of chicken I've eaten in my entire life! It's succulent, flavorful, and so easy to prepare. Great for the family, but I'd definitely serve this to guests and just sit back while the compliments roll in!

My chicken came out very moist. Especially the breast pieces. The rub could use more flavor, but overall really good

I've made this chicken several times and it comes out perfect every time! Juicy and tasty. I don't alter the recipe at all.

Not worth the time or the ingredients. I was so disapointed since I had put in so much time. The chicken was just "chicken". No different taste than had I grilled it right from the package. It was not moist and I thought washing it off was going to take the spice flavor away, well it did. I won't make this again.

Okay!!!!, Made this using gluten free beer for the Celiac in our home. Very hard to find gluten free recipes. I thought it was delicious and moist and today I'm brining a whole chicken for the rotisserie on the grill tomorrow. Let you all know how it turns out.

I've made t his recipe twice now and each time it's come out perfect - I wouldn't change a thing! Let it brine overnight, but no more than 24 hours and rinse well - NOT SALTY AT ALL!! Even my husband who is not a chicken fan likes this one!

Tried this recipe during the July 4th holiday--delicious! Chicken was very tender and a wonderful flavor. My company loved it and I will add this to my "favorites"! I would not change one ingredient--perfecto!
