I've made this chicken several times and it comes out perfect every time! Juicy and tasty. I don't alter the recipe at all.

Not worth the time or the ingredients. I was so disapointed since I had put in so much time. The chicken was just "chicken". No different taste than had I grilled it right from the package. It was not moist and I thought washing it off was going to take the spice flavor away, well it did. I won't make this again.

Made this last weekend for a bar-b-que.... everyone LOVED it! I followed the recipe only thing differnet I did was add cayenne pepper cause my husband loves that stuff... but it made it awesome! I've already been begged to make it again! The chicken comes out soooo tender it's awesone and I think very easy!

Okay!!!!, Made this using gluten free beer for the Celiac in our home. Very hard to find gluten free recipes. I thought it was delicious and moist and today I'm brining a whole chicken for the rotisserie on the grill tomorrow. Let you all know how it turns out.

I've made t his recipe twice now and each time it's come out perfect - I wouldn't change a thing! Let it brine overnight, but no more than 24 hours and rinse well - NOT SALTY AT ALL!! Even my husband who is not a chicken fan likes this one!

Tried this recipe during the July 4th holiday--delicious! Chicken was very tender and a wonderful flavor. My company loved it and I will add this to my "favorites"! I would not change one ingredient--perfecto!

This recipe was amazing! I used a "combo grilling pack" from my grocer's butcher instead of two chickens. We made this when we had friends over and everyone loved it. Super easy to throw together and just a very faint taste of beer. The chicken was very moist and juicy, perfect. I will definitely be making this again!

i used chicken breasts for the recipe. even after modifying it for only four chicken breasts, it turned out great. i did increase the rub ingredients because the rub for the entire recipe was only about the amount i would normally use on ONE chicken breast. i used no-salt in the brine and omitted the salt in the rub (no offense, salt lovers; we just don't eat much salt). the chicken turned out moist and the taste and smell were incredible. i served it with a sauce made of siracha & honey on the side. next time i may add a little brown sugar to the rub ingredients because it seems like the recipe would work well with some additional sweetness. i don't think any other cooking method is going to get the flavor you get from grilling. i will definitely be making this again!

I made this for our Memorial Day weekend BBQ and EVERYONE LOVED IT! I prepped the brine in the morning and marinated the chicken in it all day. The chicken cooked perfectly on grill. We have a three burner gas grill so I left all three burners on low and grilled the chicken for 15 minutes on one side and then 20-30 minutes on the other side. I did two batches so I kept the chicken warm in an aluminum pan covered with foil in the oven at 210 degrees until we ate. What I loved about this chicken is that the flavor was all the way through the meat down to the bone. All of the meet was juicy, even the breasts. I will definitely make this one again!

I tried this and found it extremely salty to our taste -- even though I rinsed it thoroughly as suggested. I would use less salt another time to see if that would help.
